So summer is here... So where's the babes in bikinis??? Oh rite... I'm in the wrong continent... Oh sucks...

Oh well... so no bikini-clad chics galore here but what the heck, at least we still get the summer blockbusters here...

Just to watch pirates and regret it later and just watch it for the sake of watching and enjoy first class coz although i was skeptical at first but after watching it, you kinda sense a feeling of satisfaction... just like after whacking a carl's jr combo meal burger... XD

Well later tomorrow, or should i say later tonite goin to watch JJ Abram's Super8... So looking forward to it later... Hehehe...

Jennifer's Body Movie Review

So i manage to catch the premiere of Jennifer's Body at Cineleisure last night, thanks to Jim. So how's the movie? I seriously dunno how to categorized it...really... It's kinda like scary plus horror but at the meantime it's kinda abit funny.

It's really confusing! Not in story line wise la... but as the in the direction of the movie. *You see i'm already confused till my vocabs are messed up*

Well talking about storyline, normal only la. Funny thing that there was so much hype on Megan Fox (Aoooowwwwwuuu~~~) Almost no focus and mentioning about Amanda Seyfried (the chic from Mama-mia) She's the friggin' lead actress wei... = =!

Anyhow the movie is a still must go check out-ish flick la... Why!?? Coz of Megan Fox!?? My answer??? HELL YES!!!

But gotta say this la... At some scene, Megan Fox really look scary... Really OMG scary... And not to forget the nice underpants she was wearing in the lesbo scene... OMG!!? Did i say LESBO-SCENE!!!??? Sorry for the spoiler... XD Didn't mean it... ;P

So overall, i won't give it a decent rating la... But it's one those must see movie but not because it's any great but it's just have to watch la... Coz it's MEGAN FOXXIEE baayybeehh~~~ XD

LOOK AT THAT!!! And that's a friggin' scene from the movie wei!!! She's nekkid!!! Moar reason for you to go watch now... XD

Surrogates Movie Review

Surrogates Movie Premiere was two days ago and i manage to catch the premiere screening in Cineleisure aka e@Curve all thanks to Nuffnang

Overall, the movie was alright. Well, there's nothing much to scream about and generally it's an okay movie. The plot at first was rather confusing due to the approach of the story telling but generally, the whole idea of the plot is rather normal and predictable.

The interesting part of the movie did not lie on the action part, in fact i find it less of a action-movie base and more of a sci-fi base movie. It's a little mixture of elements that you can see in terminator and die hard which has major influences in this movie.

Honestly i do recommend people to watch this movie, seeing that there's not many new release in the local cinemas. But don't get over hyped on this because it's pretty much just an average rating movie.

I've Been Played!!! *A Gamer Movie Review*

Ok... I miss it... I didn't get to watch "Gamer" on the first day of the local screening as what i've plan to. But instead the whole gang turned up just now at Midvalley. The usual band of brothers which is Ian, Mohan, Edwin and George turned up.

I was on time reaching to MV at 7.35pm and saw Ian there despite the movie startin' at 7.40pm and when i decided to go in first cause i didn't want to miss anything... fuck la... Movie started already despite the other 3 jokers was late and still about to reach MV.

So there you go... "Gamer" staring Gerard Butler and Michael C. Hall.

Synopsis:

Set in a future-world where humans can control other humans in mass-scale, multi-player online gaming environments, a star player (Gerard Butler) from a game called "Slayers" looks to regain his independence while taking down the game's mastermind named Ken Castle (Michael C. Hall).

Okay... at first the movie was like Wow Wow!!! Action! Action! Boom! Boom! More Wows! But then... despite the 18-SG tag on the movie which is utter bullshit. Fuck the Malaysian Censorshipboard wei! Why bother showin' a movie which you gonna chop the dick out of the movie???

They were censoring throughout all the scenes where there's the 'Fuck' word and all the gore parts. So it's really.. really...

But after 15 to 20 minutes of the movie, i started asking myself the question...

Serious!!! The story line doesn't make sense and basically this is one of the most ridiculous movie i've ever watch which is CONFUSING!!! Beside "Crank" but damn at least "Crank" i love it...

And suprisingly... i almost laughed when i saw Ludacris appear in the movie as underground group leader of Humanz.

Only thing worth mentioning about this movie was Michael C. Hall's character Ken Castle. I really love this actor ever since i became a FAN-atic of Showtime's TV Series "DEXTER". He was good, potraying the psycho crazy asshole protagonist/villian .



No joke, after 30 minutes of this piece of crap movie, i've even wanted to just walk out of the cinema.

After the movie ended, straight away all of us was like. What the fuck is this movie la!? Crap shit wei! I told George and Mohan, "Fuck la! Imagine i just watch "Training Day" and "I Am Sam" before coming to MV and now watching this fuck shit!? DAMN....

After that i suggested the lads to go try Popeye's Chicken cause i saw the outlet downstairs prior to walking up to the cinema when i came to MV and moreover i've been craving Popeye's Chicken ever since i watch "Little Nicky" back during highschool time.

Yeaps!!! That's Popeye's Chicken... he's holdin'!!!

Honestly i enjoyed my Popeye's Chicken like 10 times more than the piece of shit movie i just watched.

Murderer Movie Review

Firstly, much thanks to the people in Nuffnang for giving out the free Premiere tickets of "Murderer" which stars one of HK's Heavenly Kings Aaron Kwok. The screening was in Cineleisure Damansara which now is changed to "e-Curve" or something. I bump into Ren my old hometown friend who happen to came for the movie as well with his fellow blogger-buddies.

I don't wanna spoil the whole plot for those who plan to watch this movie, so i'm just gonna say... no! words can't describe fully by just saying... So below are some aid with pictures to describe my opinion regarding the movie.

Let's see what Sparta's King Leonidas have to say first...

Now let's see what the people from StarTrek have to say...

Ok... Seems bias... Let's ask Aaron Kwok, what he thinks about his movie...

Seriously... I do feel at this scene of the movie where the actual script should be like this...

And funny to see that i manage to google an old Aaron Kwok movie poster and i gotta say this poster should have been the real poster of the movie instead... at least they have the decency of grading the movie first.

Gotta say this movie has broken my "all damn nice movie" streak for the past 2 months... Now i just wish those bloody Brits shouldn't have left Hong Kong so fast...

Ps. Good thing i watched Orphan already...

Up Movie Review

Well, i hope it doesn't come out too late to write a review on this. But i did catch this movie on Friday with Azeem, Jen Seng and Mohan.

Went to makan dinner at the famous porridge shop beside the famous beef noodle shop in Jalan Changkat Tong Shin with Mohan and the off to Pavilion to watch Up.

Gotta say the movie is a real touching and inspiring movie plus the cute comedic scenes. Overall the movie is indeed one of the most heart-felt animation from Disney's Pixar.

I gotta say since Mulan, I can't remember when was the last Disney's movie that had an Asian as leading role/main supporting role. I have to say i love that chubby boyscout Russel.

Not to forget the grumpy old man, Mr. Carl Fredricksen.

But the real charmer was indeed the Golden Retriever, Dug... POINT!!! *stare*

Up was indeed a good movie to recommend to those who haven't watch it. Gotta admit i almost cried *or maybe did* at certain scene. XD

Thumbs up for Up!!! SQUIRREL!!!! .........

Orphan Movie Review

Caught Orphan in GSC in Pavilion, KL yesterday with Mohan and George. Edwin 'senju' us cause he wants to go back home and sleep.

We all was contemplating in deciding which movie to watch, cause initially wanted to watch Up but it was already 12.30am when we go there and the only late movie left was either Dance Flick or Orphan.

I told them that i heard people and bloggers all said the movie was good so i persuaded them to find out what's wrong with Esther... LOL!

After the movie ended, all of us was like... DAMN!!! This is a good movie man! What a good twist! Damn you director! Got us all fooled...

Personally i think Isabelle Fuhrman who played as Esther deserves a standing ovation for the role she played. Just damn good and really believing. Plus, Isabelle is only 12 years old and her acting is world class. Some might recognized her in 'The Ghost Whisperer' as Gretchen Dennis aka Ghost Girl. *Personally think she kicks Dakota's ass by a mile...*

Gotta say it's been awhile since i watched a movie that have a good twist and this movie did make my day.
