Kuan Yew's Birthday Dinner

Last Friday, all of the gang went out to celebrate Kuan Yew's birthday. We decided to have dinner at Neroteca Italian Restaurant which is located at Ground Floor, The Somerset, 8 Lorong Ceylon, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.

I brought my trusty capalang digital camera as always to have a trigger happy shooting out and flashing out the whole nite. It's was Kuan Yew's 25th birthday. So technically, it's an occasion where he officially joined the "Quarter of a Century Club" XD.

After dinner at Neroteca, the whole gang move down to Changkat Bukit Bintang to have a drink and chillax session. At first we couldn't decide on where to go. Spend like half an hour goin in and out on a couple of bars in the area but finally decided to go to Werner's at Changkat to chill.

Funny thing while walking around Changkat, i bump into two friends of mine, Melvin and also Cynthia. Had a quick chat with Melvin at 21 and later on bump into Cynthia while walking to Werner's. So below are some pics at Werner's.

CELgames 2009 Grand Final in Low Yat Plaza: Day Two

So CELgames 2009 was a blast!!! The event was a success... Prizes are just crazily yummy... And not to forget it was a memorable gaming event to close up the year 2009. So i went to Low Yat on Sunday as well to check out on the closing ceremony and also the prize giving ceremony.

Below are most of the pics which i took at that day. Oh ya, not to forget that on that day although i got knocked out from the competition on the first round. LOL!!! But Nonetheless, i managed to walk away with the Lucky Draw grand prize which is a Razer Carcharias Gaming Headphone worth RM280... Woot!!! XD So got alot of photos below, check it out...














































































































































































All right, that's about all the photos i took. Once again... CELgames was a blast. Can't wait for CELgames 2010. Sponsors were surely generous in providing the prizes. Kudos to Razor specificly in providing tonnes of prizes including the Gaming Headset that i won.

Kudos as well to The HUB Viewnet, for providing the gaming venue, warm and generous hospitality to all of the gamers. I mean... they seriously gave out RM10 meal vouchers for all of the each gamers who came. That IS DOPED!!!

Kudos to GameAxis as well, if you can see the smiling, chubby, lengchai, bergaya fella who was giving out the prizes, that's our very own editor of GameAxis Magazine also known as Fat Cat Lim *Chapree from LYN Multiplay yang cakap*LOLOL

CELgames 2009 FTW!!! I feel like crying that it was finally over... *sob sob* Well. don't fret, there's still next year so make sure you all make an appointment for CELgames 2010 next year... XD

CELgames 2009 Grand Final in Low Yat Plaza: Day One

The annual Computer and Electronic Games (CELgames) tournament is back!!! Woohoo!!! AWESOME!!! Organized by none other than game distributor Gamers Dotcom and GameAxis the local gaming magazine. CELgames tournament is currently in its fifth year this year and looking strong year after year.

CELgames 2009 Grand Final is being held at Plaza Low Yat from the 23rd to the 29th of November 2009 and the actual event will be on 28th to the 29th November 2009. Gaming Tournament venue will be on the 3rd floor @ The HUB Viewnet. The event runs about from 10am to 10pm.

Ok now, i'm gonna start my short essay and hopefully wouldn't bore you guys to death. I gotta say that i have only all praise about CELgames 2009. The organizers done a really fantastic job in making this whole event such an satisfying gaming event.

The setup and exhibition area was compact nice and cool (*with ps3 games demo available for the public) and not to forget all the sponsor's booth was really nicely done.

One the gaming side. Participants do need to pay RM20 for registration fee but to heck with it. I mean gamers who registered not only get a goodie back which consist of the CELgames 2009 official jersey but also get RM10 food voucher from The HUB Viewnet.

The HUB Viewnet also arrange a special waiting area for all the gamers in their The HUB Viewnet Cafe.

Seriously i was like RM20 bucks registration is nothing!!! You get 10 bucks of voucher and plus goodie bag worth 10 bucks.... It's like basically freeeeeeee.... XD
